I can't remember if I heard it on here or another site ... but, the statement was made that KDFWR had changed the possession law, so that now your allowed to have a daily creel limit for every day you're on the water (days in a row, I'm sure). This would mean that you could camp at KY Lake for 5 days and have 100 Crappie cleaned and on ice in your camp. Whereas with the previous rule ... 40 Crappie would be all you could have, after two or more days.
I'd REALLY like to know if that's the case, or just someone's misinformation (or wishful thinking)
I think Alabama's possession law is two days creel limit ... and they even stipulate that you can't transport more than two days creel over the state line. Tennessee's possession law is two days creel, but I don't think they have any transport addendum. If KY has changed their possession limit law, to allow a collective of creel limits times the total number of days fished ... then it may cause more people to fish KY waters (locals AND out of state anglers).
ANYONE know the facts on this
