Can't help ya on KY Lake ... but, if you want to know about Big Sandy, I suggest you get in touch with Cane Pole
Tom can/will give you the skinny on what's happening there. Or, you can just check his posts on the Main Board or Tenn Board, and check out his latest haul :p

Been fishin Jonathan pretty hard and the fish are running small with a very slow bite. No one catching anything on North Kentucky. No current and high temps.

Fished Blood River 3 times in last couple weeks, water temps running 74-75 still. Only caught 5 keepers in those trips and probably twice as many short fish, but I'm not an expert. Lots of bait fish near the mouth of Blood River and some starting to move on back on Thursday, but only caught 5 short crappie and a bunch of white, yellow and largemouth bass pushin jigs/minnows from 8 to 20 feet of water. What few fish I have caught have been in or around brush in 12 feet of water and shown a definite preference for lime green/chart or dark green/chart jigs tipped with crappie nibbles. Tried a bunch of different colors, styles and locations but just can't find more than a spot here and there that produces fish. But the days I've got to go have been bluebird, high pressure North/Northeast wind type days, maybe part of the problem.

Steve McAdams report just got updated and according to him, the fish have been pretty tough down that way too, and if he says they[re tough, then they are. That makes me feel a little a better, maybe the upcoming fronts will help things out.
