    Default T-ville report

Put 4 crappie, 1 blue cat and a small drum in the livewell this morning. Caught the crappie about 12 ft deep on minnows under slipfloats. Sure was hoping to do better but fishing was about as expected. They'll turn on eventually...right???

    Take care,
    Greenfish

    That's a meal :p (though, I think I'd have used the Drum for garden fertilizer :D .... I've eaten them before )

They should start turning on good when the weather starts cooling down. I have caught them, in good numbers/size, from late Sept thru Nov. Usually about 6-8ft deep, right down in the middle branches of standing cedar trees, that were in 15-30ft of water. I used minners under a slip float, back then ... so that should tell you that this info is "ancient history" :p Nonetheless, if it worked then, it will probably work now

    Thanks for the report !!

WTG Greenfish!!!!!!!!!! That makes about an even dozen that's been caught since the middle of July if you count the Ky Afield show. The Big T is starting to give up some fish. She's a stingy Witch! Cooler weather is around the corner.
