Went out Friday afternoon after work to a small private lake that is about 100 acres. The water was stained. We tried all kinds of colors and finally tied on a black head, black and pink 1/32 oz. marabou jig tipped with a wax worm and got into the big ones. Caught 8 the smallest being 11 inches and the largest being 15 inches.:D Even got into about 25 big shell crackers. Fishing in about 6 feet of water. Dropping the same jig down to the bottom and cranking it a couple of turns and just hold it there.

I may try to go out to bever lake and try the same thing tomorrow if I can get away.
