He had insurance but even if he didn't, my auto insurance would have paid since it was being towed. The boat insurance would kick in if it wasn't attached to the truck and it got hit or it would cover any water accidents. I got it towed back to Louisville today and it will make it to S&S Marine tomorrow. Hopefully I can get a new trailor in within a month to get on the water.
