First day with new limit
Wouldn't you know it! First day with the new limit here on KY Lake and the fish are a bitin'! Went today and caught my 20 in 2 1/2 hours. Threw the last one back so I could fish longer but it was killin' me to have to keep throwing back good keepers. Couldn't get my kids out of bed to go with me today. Well, I guess its a good problem to have huh? Fish were holding tight to cover and seemed to like 10-12 feet of water best. Hot color was a Yum motor oil with red flake on a 1/8th ounce red jig head. BEAUTIFUL day to fish!!!!
The only way to have a good fishing spot is to make it yourself!

They were all whites. And mostly males. I did catch a few little blacks shallow (6-8 feet)but no keepers
The only way to have a good fishing spot is to make it yourself!
