3 for 3 On Ky. Lake

Went fish'n 3 times since I've been home & caught fish every time. Kept 23 on 11/20, kept 17 BIG crappie on 11/24, & went today & kept 21. :D Man today was tuff! Windy & COLD! All my fish are coming from brush in anywhere from 13 to 15 foot of water in the middle of the bays. The white crappie have been about 9 to 11 foot deep & the blacks are about half that. All on jigs. Water temp was about 48/49 today down from 51 on Sat. Although it was a crappy day I caugh decent fish & probably thru back as many as I kept. :D

My wife is going to be mad at you if you don't stop posting these good reports. I was down there early last week for three days and caught some real nice crappie. I'm on vacation next week with no real plans. I guess if I decide to go back next week then I can just blame WHISKERS! That's what I'll tell my wife anyway.Thanks for the report and keep us updated!

Well I went again today & you couldn't have asked for a prettier day. Light wind, warm & yep... caught some fish. Same pattern but caught several blacks up high, say 6', over brush. Kept 26 today. Gonna try them again tomorrow if the wind will let me fish. :D
