Default Help with Dale Hollow Lake

Will be visiting Dale Hollow Lake Labor Day weekend and was looking for some advise on fishing. We will be in the area around the State Park.

Any info on Crappie or Small Mouth fishing would be greatly appreciated.

    First time visitor from Illinios.

I was afraid of that when we booked our trip. It didn't look like much development around the lake like some of the lakes in Missouri we have visited. Some friends of ours recommended Dale Hollow for a house boat trip....so we did. Probably not the best weekend to do this on but wanted to do something different.

    Thanks

JetBoy, You should be fine on a houseboat. Dales a beautiful lake and a great multi species fishery!!Be tuff fishing that week end,but if you try early you"ll be ok till 9:30 or 10:00. Jet Skies, Tubers, & people just havin fun take over the lake by then!! Are you planning on bringing a boat? If So let me know where you"ll be staying an I"ll try to give you some help if I know the area. Dennis dalehollowcrappie.4t.com

I will be bringing a boat. I have a 20 ft jet boat that is great for fishing lakes and rivers.

We are putting in at Wisdomdock Resort by the State Park......any good points or structure in the area to fish?

    Thanks

I noticed your website address.........I wish I could find that much time to fish.
