    Default Cumberland creeks froze?

I had a fellow tell me the river was frozen above the power plant so I wonder about he lower end of the creeks. Has anybody been to the upper end? Thanks

I went today by waitsboro & up fishing creek & never caught a fish. A few followers but that was it. Tried plastics & Rodneys popeye jigs & only had 3 little pecks from about 9:30 until 4:00. It was definitely rough. A lot of ice falling off of the bluffs. Water temp was 38 when we started on the main lake & the warmest we found was around needle point & it was barely 41*. Next weekend should be a whole lot better i'd think.
