Well, the verdict is in ... yes, it's totaled.
Now, for the good news and perspective : I bought the truck over 10yrs ago for $17,400 w/12.5K miles on the speedo. Truck is a 2006 Tundra Access Cab currently with 61K miles on the speedo. After my deductible is removed, Geico Ins. will be paying me a little over $13,000 ... due in part for the low mileage. So, basically ... I've driven the truck for 50,000mi over the last 10+yrs and it's only cost me around $4000 in value.
While I really did want to get the truck back all fixed & ready to roll, I'm satisfied with the outcome and look forward to finding a suitable replacement vehicle in the next few days.
