    Default Green River Crappie

Got a couple days in at Green over the weekend. Caught several fish but kept 11 nice ones. Largest fish was 13 in and had a strange wound on dorsal fin, not sure what would cause that? Most fish were caught 20 fow about halfway up the water column tight to structure. I seen water temps ranging from 55-61 degrees.

I'd say she got a Shagpoke bite on that dorsal fin.

The way that fish hit the jig I thought it was a white bass until I got it to the top of the water. I’d say this week will bring them water temps up a bit more and it will be showtime!

I’m going to try to go Sunday because I’m pretty sure I’ll be working Saturday. Hopefully I can get on them pretty good since I’m trying to learn how to livescope them.
