Considering mounting a set of drift paddles this year. I've got a NOVA Ultra Jon boat and will have to mount to the transom somehow I assume. They will not be power paddles due to the cost, and I don't have a jack plate for mounting and was wondering if I could get advise on the pros and cons or any suggestion on a good brand decently priced or should I stay with the drift socks. Getting older and moving around the boat is not as easy as it used to be pulling the drift socks in and deploying.
