Bay of Pigs 5/15

Spent the day trolling jigs, 10-12 feet deep in 25 feet of water. Caught a lot of big fish and short fish. We kept our limit of slabs and threw back a very good amount of just under the size limit. Spoke with Jimbo with Creel survey and he said out of all the boats surveyed ours and one other boat had a good day. Still very tough fishing for the most part. I only had 5 keepers by 11, and all of my fish came out of a 100 yard long stretch of shore. Very windy today, but surprisingly not to crowded. Fishing has been very spotty, maybe stable temps will send them off s a bang.
