Took another trip to Taylorsville today with my family and friends. This morning was very chilly, even down right cold and the wind was atrocious, but we fought through it.
We caught 78 total fish on our boat with 36 very nice keepers and 1 big flathead. Fish were scattered and roaming, we found them in transition from shallow to deep water suspended, caught fish in 13 to 25 fow from 9 to 14 feet deep, spider rigging, Yellow/ pumpkin jenko mermaids and Cajun cricket sliders were the colors of choice most tipped with minnows. My brother in law and son had 24 keepers and my friends had 16 keepers. Still a great day to be out with the gang. God Bless and thanks for reading.
