    Planning to fish Barkley on Saturday. Been working in So. Ga since september and have been out of the loop. Looking for general info on water quality, temp., depths folks are finding fish, best colors etc. planning to take minnows also.

    Pulling a lot of water and lake was starting to clear up, not sure what this rain will do to it. I was out last Thursday and had a really good big fish day but not a lot of quantity. I had 11 in about 4hrs of fishing but they were all nice. I spider rigged jigs 10-18 ft and found em pretty scattered

    Thanks for the info BULLYETI. Im not sure abt the rain either. Last time we were at Little River (Nov) it was like chocolate milk. Hope its not a repeat. Hopefully no wind. I like pushing jigs and minnows this time of yr. Will have to pick up some Bobby Garlands in those colors. Got abt everything but. Leaving So. Ga today and plan to be home by 8:00 this evening. We will be the guys in the white Triton. If you are out and about stop by and say hi so we can meet. Appreciate the info.

    Little river is chocolate milk now. I would plan on another area. Several other bays are in good shape.

    Blood River was brown before this last rain, lots of trash in the water as well.
