However i didn’t like the bottom mounting bracket because it would not work on my track system which is so handy on my Lund Boat. I noticed Doug had mounted his directly to some Hitek rod holders, so I decided to give it a try since my Hitek rod storage was custom cut to fit my track system.Attachment 312514
So I drilled and tapped my Hitek bases then threaded the Cornfield Crappie directly to them.

Turned out pretty good, can’t wait to get out and fish!
