Thread: lockdown

went to Barkley yesterday for some much needed restocking of my limited supply of panfish and found the water was very high and dingy .
so i made the two hour trip launch the rig and went into the day optimistic. well the fish were on lock down and the traffic was high but before the day was up I found where the fish were being held lol.
