    Default Barkley 10/16/17

Haven't taken the time to post a report in a while and didn't even make it out to the lake last week, traveling for a wedding took up all of my free time. As far as the fishing nothing has really changed, the wood bite remains fantastic on Barkley as it has been all year. First morning I have broke out the bibs and coat though, forgot to put a hat and gloves back in the boat and that first run was exhilarating. Wind was pesky at times but nothing insurmountable. No real big ones today but only had to make a few stops to finish off a limit.

I hear you my friend. I wish I would have had enough vacation to fish Cusa this year but the bright side to not getting to fish it is no off limits period for this guy.
