I don't take the whole thing apart/down when I move ... I just take the umbrella top out, and leave the rest of the frame attached to the seat pole. Mine is in 3 sections : horizontal pole, vertical pole, umbrella top section. These three sections can be disconnected & stored in the rod locker.Quote:

I have another short section of PVC pipe with a reducer cap on it, that I can put in the seat pole end of the horizontal pole for use with the regular upright seat pole. It keeps the whole frame from being able to flop back & forth any. When using the offset pole, the bend of the offset pole against the T does the same thing ... but only in certain positions. My buddy is working on a brace (threaded rod & clamps) to use with the offset seat pole, but we haven't gotten around to making that just yet.
