Going to give it a try tomorrow. Not sure how muddy the lake will be after the weekend rains, but I'm off work so I might as well go fishing. I figure they still will be holding deep on the old creek channel. Hopefully they'll be hungry.

I managed a few fish..... I had 9 total...7 keepers, 2 were actually pretty nice ones. I was catching them mostly in 10 to 12 feet of water. They seemed to like the minnow tube today more than anything else. Water temp was 45 degrees, the lake is about a foot above the new winter pool and pretty muddy. I had some boat trouble today, which caused me to leave a lot earlier than I would have liked.
Asa Of This Morning Barren Is At 535.4 It Has Came Up Since March First Five Feet. Not Sure Of Water Color I Havent Been Down There.
looks like they have cut the outflow back. Guess I will have to go in the morning...
Let me know how you do curhunter, things were tough for me the other day. Fishing that lake is a crap shoot every time, I wish they didn't draw it down so much.
