Apparently somebody has gotten the ear of Frankfort and took a big bite out of it for them to open themselves up for a public meeting. It was probably the tourism industry that has dragged their feet until they saw the writing on the wall.

Whoever or whatever, it has to be viewed as a positive step.

Tell them to think of it like an alien invasion on earth. The very large aliens don't directly harm humans but consumes large quantities of vegetation and scares the $#!+ out of everyone. Thanks to all that can make it.
