I just found out that if you have a Golden Age pass you can use that to avoid paying the launch fee at the ramps that charge. Just put the pass on your dash where you would normally put the receipt. Save a little bit of money to buy lures! I talked to someone at the Corps of Engineers office and they confirmed this information. It also appears on their web site.
