    Default Barren River lake

Has anybody fished Barren River lake lately? I was by there last Tues and it looked a lil high. Corps of Engineers say its 1.7 feet over summer pool. Wondering how the fishing was with the water up like that?

The fishing on Barren really stinks when you stay at home. Find the deeper timber an brush I'd say you'll do OK

I'm on the mend from having heart surgery or I'd be out there. My boats turned into a storage bench Hard to look at it without thinking of some spots I know I'd be hovering over. Another 3-4 weeks an I'll be back.

If you would like to go, I'm always looking for someone to go along with me. Let me know and when you feel like it and we can meet up and schedule a trip.

I may take you up on that. Right now making a trip out to my garden is all I want. I am missing it though.

I understand that. When you feel up to it, lets get together and rip some lips!

Don't be sorry, glad it's in my history. Got me a new pig valve.
