With it being President's Day today, my daughters were out of school. With the beautiful weather in the forecast, a fishing trip with Dad has been in the works for several days.
5am came early, but they did what was needed to get ready. A hint of breakfast was dropped in and made it a little easier to muster. We got to the ramp by 6:45 am and got the boat launched. Did some scanning, got set up and was fishing by 7:30am. Around 1:30pm we were finished with a double limit, and they were all smiles! We threw back at least a third limit of fish between 10"-10.75".
