Didn't have long to fish today since I had to work tonight. So I went to one of my favorite spots the crappie were slow and then outta the blue............. Fought with the first one for a while trying to keep him out of my other poles. I would have sworn it was another stupid drum until he came to the surface. I was solo so each time getting them both in the boat was interesting. Not a bass fisherman by any means so these were a long shot personal best. Oh and I'm still wondering what this guy needed to hit my jig for when he still had lunch in his mouth. Blessed Day none the less.
