    Default Cat's vs Cards

Well, when you can't make your charity stripe shots, you deserve to lose. Missed 11 free throws tonight. Cal needs to wear them out on free throws at practice. And you can't depend on one man to score all the points and carry the team. Monk has a target on his back the rest of the season.

Congrats to UL. They deserved that game.

Live with freshmen/die with freshmen. It still amazes me how Cal's teams can pick one player each game like UL/UNC/etc and make him look like an All American with screen door defense. Nobody thought Monk's game against UNC was anything more than a once-a-decade thing. He looked human on offense tonight and like a high schooler on defense.

Give it to Adebayo! I've ranted and thrown about everything in the house I can now. I'm done.

Great hard fought game IMO. Louisville is the only team I want to beat the Cats, hopefully they both have a good season.

They couldn't hit a barn door from the barn door hinge! Some bad calls that went both ways. We actually beat ourselves by allowing UL take us out of our tempo and playing style. Then couldn't make the free throws.

That was the two game killers!

Briscoe was useless last night, and you had a 50% 3 point shooter sitting on the bench that should have got his minutes!! Mulder was already 2 for 3 from down town and should have been in the game at crunch time!! You are right Brian, you hit your free throws you still win the game!!

Cal is an over-rated coach, but a top-notch recruiter. He should of had two or three championships by now.

Gonna be hard for Calapari to win National championships while at KY. The way he recruits and moves players to the NBA is great but most Kentucky fans don't really care about how many go to the NBA they want to see the National Championship banners hanging from Rupp Arena! Not saying he won't win more at KY but hard to do with freshman every year.
