    Default Taylorsville report today


    Started fishing at daylight we pulled up on a big brushpile and caught 15 fish with only 6 keepers in 30 minutes fishing 6 to 8 ft.deep in 15 fow on jigs tipped With nibbles.we then started fishing a few laydowns and same depth same bait and ended up with two limits.bite is starting to get better,however mostly just heaviness on line with only bout 10 keepers really thumping it.Name:  20160927_163134.jpg

    JM .... that's the way a lot of our bites were, last time we were there. A few good thumps from the first few fish of the morning, then the rest of the day they were "just there" (heaviness). Even on my Roadrunner, I would get a few "pull backs" before feeling the constant heaviness of a fish. Carl stated that he caught several fish that he didn't even know were on the line (he just kept reeling in until the fish started fighting back )

    Good looking mess of fish ... congrats

    I do hope this cold front/rain will get them fired up to start putting on the feed bag, but not be too drastic and start a turnover.
