Got out a little while today, weren't in the same areas they had been for the last month. Started looking a little deeper and found a real nice school on top of a tree in 18fow and ended up with 12 keepers and probably threw back that many short fish before they quit. Storm ran me in before I could get to another similar spot. Got drenched for the second time in the last week but made it to the ramp before it got too bad. Always amazed by how quick these big lakes can get nasty.

Great catch, Austin.

Rickie and I got out on KY to try out some off-the-wall rigs. Ended up with a bunch of yellows and wet butts.

Note to self....If radar shows storms heading your way and there is a rainbow back in that direction, there's a pretty good chance you are going to get wet really soon.

That would be yellow striped bass and wet butts. Two different things but something tells me you already knew that.

Come on Louie, don't ask me to say something that Pappy might slap my hand for. Butt= behind, arse, backside, etc.

Of course the guy running the boat decided to forgo the rain gear while the guy in the jump seat didn't get nearly as wet since he put his on.

Nice fish Austin. Fished this morning and had 3 fish. Can't seem to find the big schools. Ain't giving up though!! LOL
