Braved the wind this morning prior to the real front that hit around 12:30. One nice slab and that was it. Hope others are doing better.

My conspiracy theory is the herds of 50lb Asian Carp has our crappie too scared to come out of the mud ...

I wonder how big of a school those Asian Carp run in? It would be terrifying to be a crappie, bass or bluegill and see that.

I was at my place in Kuttawa last spring and over a half million of them mysteriously died. They were all over the banks of the Cumberland River. You would think a number that large would've really stymied their progress.

When you get into a wad of them with the boat and they get to jumping it is unreal how many there are. And big ones too.

Here's a few out my back window at Ky Lock.

Over a million died in that fish kill a couple yrs ago and it didn't make a dent in'um.
