Lower end of Barren, just south of Walnut Creek Marina, the channel turns left and heads for Browns Ford. A friend and I fished the stump glutted edge today and found a good mess. Water was much cleaner than at the State ramp where we put in. Water temp started at 48 and peaked out at 54 with a light wind. We kept 29, a mix of blacks and whites. What a way to celebrate my 65th birthday, the girl at J&L even sold me my license at a discount.
