I wouldn't think it would be a whole lot clearer. According to this COE chart : http://lrl-apps.lrl.usace.army.mil/w...plots/tvl.html ---- 2.5" of rain jumped it up 5ft during the first part of the month, and it's still 1.2ft above Winter Pool (after falling 6" over the last 24hrs). Chart also indicates they won't start letting it back up to Summer Pool until late March/early April. COE Lake Report phone number (1-502-477-8606) called, but no water temp was given.
