May I ask what your home lake is?

My home lake in central Kentucky has risen 13 feet over the last 3 days. 3 feet overnight. It's been pouring buckets since I woke up at 7. More on the way. I thought I would be fishing over this long holiday weekend. You could say we are having a full on washout in Fisherville.
My wife gave me a crappie connection "woody" and a president 25 for Xmas. Guess it will just have to wait.
May I ask what your home lake is?
I appreciate the information. I may try Cedar Creek Wednesday.
I'll be glad to...provided I get to go.
Cedar creek is in the process of a 7 ft draw down, I don't no how far they are into it but if it WAS down very much and alot of the mud was showing, it may have dirty up alot. Just a heads up.
Thank you. I just left Lock 7 on the KY River. It's rolling..needless to say. It's going to take awhile for it to clear. I may look at Green River Lake.
I'd look here, first : Louisville District Daily Lake Report
ALL the lakes are going to be high for awhile, after all this rain.
Here's a pic I copied from the Green River Lake Slabanator's FB page, showing Holmes Bend from yesterday afternoon :
Coffee/cream water and up 13ft above Winter Pool, and rising, thanks to the rain. Even the GRL locals are going to Cumberland, even though it's up 8ft over the last 3days.
The only lake that isn't waaay up is Cave Run, and it's almost back to Summer Pool levels.

I really appreciate the info. I guess I'll be watching Kentucky Afield reruns..or do some of the things I've been putting off regarding my boat.
