Did good on Barren today, not sure about the big lake. Several I talked to had limits. They were spider riggin over the channel.

Fished yesterday between 68/80 and Blood River on main lake points. My fishing buddy and I probably boated 100 yellow bass in 3 hours with a bunch of white bass mixed in and a few toad crappies (15'ers) and a bunch of short fish. The drum were hungry too. We caught all of our crappies on/near brushpiles in 16-22 ft of water.

All of these fish came on jigging spoons. I would imagine that a smaller crappie jig tipped with a minnow or a spider rig setup would have been more productive for the crappie. They are running 100-130k through the dam right now so the heavy current seems to be concentrating fish near breaks or cover. Water temp was 52 degrees.
