Barren river lake marinas

Does anyone know if any of the marinas on barren river lake will allow fishing?

Even when you know the person that rents out the slip, the marina owners don't like you fishing from their docks. I have a friend who invites me down to his boat and we'll fish at his docks/boats, we clean them then he fries them up for us to have lunch. He's told me the owners will occasionally have problems and run people off. If you think about it, there's a lot of money sitting there tied up. I'd say your best bet would be to get to know someone at Peninsula, maybe catch them going out to fish and ask permission. I know guys fish there all winter and do well. Ya may try an hook up with them.
