Yeh, I've thought seriously how good it would feel to give "Flo" a beatdown over this. I know they have procedures and rules but I has been apparent that by making our lives so much tougher without Vicki's car, which she almost lives in, they forced us to get our insurance involved. I think that was their intent all along.
