Fresh Crappie Tacos

Went crappie fishing this morning at daylight to beat the heat and ran into some nice fish. Had 11 fish before the sun came up. Nice morning and not a boat to be seen.

One thing about eating the fresh ones though. Some I have filleted still have the little worms that just look like a red dot until they crawl out. A friend of mine contacted kdfwr last year about them and they said they weren't a big deal but did recommend freezing filets before cooking to be on the safe side.
