    if you live in Arkansas and are 65, you can get a lifetime licenses from AGFC for a one time fee of $10.00

    We pay $5 each year for our 65 plus and disabled license, and I'm pretty sure it covers everything but trapping. Still have to buy the federal migratory bird stamp.

    Bought mine at the Louisville boat show. My wife and I get the fishing combo for $36.

    It's a small investment for the future of our hunting and fishing resources. I hope my two boys are able to enjoy them long after I'm gone.
