I got the paper towels.

I'll make tartar sauce and a dessert like I did last year if that's okay .... ?

I'll get the foil and aluminum pans w/ covers

Just for clarification, those large alum. pans are the rectangular 4" deep ones for putting the fillets, etc. in correct?

I'll bring some more of that yankee fish with me. :biggrin
