Got out on the water Friday morning early before it heated up. Sometimes when I'm crappie fishing I'll take my spinning rod with a 1/16 Weedless jig hook made by Grouse Fly and put a finesse worm on it and bass fish a little. Man did it pay off. Cast it to the edge of a tree and felt a tap set the hook and it was on. 7 lb. Not bad.

Nice Bass. Feels good to catch something big every now and then.
