Cumberland Sunday night

Fished in Wolf river on Sunday night. Caught 35 keepers and 2 throw backs. We used a sinking green light til we had too many shad then set out floating lights. Fish were between 16 and 20 feet deep. Used minnows and also tossed jigs past the edge of light and slowly reeled back.

Thanks for the report. Might have to load the boys up later this week and give it a try.

the bite would come in waves. Five minutes of bites then wait 20 minutes before next run of bites. I would cast a bobby garland swim shad in blue ghost outside the lighted area, let sink slowly then reel in real slow. the bite on the minnows was lite but they would hammer the jigs.
