OK, it's been almost 24 hours since it ended, so where are the reports?? Who won, what weight, how were you fishing?? So many questions and no answers, YET!

Chucky has the pics, and I'm sure he'll be posting them soon (probably not today, seeing as how he's celebrating an anniversary with wifey ).

    10 Teams showed up ...

Winners were trolling cranks (Slabeye/Jason)... 3rd place team was trolling cranks (Chucky/Pappy)... not sure about a lot of the other teams, but my guess was they were trolling cranks, trolling jigs, or casting jigs to brush piles.

Big Fish went to the tourney winners, also. Chucky had 3rd biggest "big fish".

It was sunny, hot, and breezy, but no rain. Lake was at Summer Pool, fairly clear, had a few branches/logs floating, and water temps ranged from 80 - 84deg.

Chucky & I ended up cleaning a 5gal bucket full of tourney fish, plus a good number of pre-tourney fish caught on Friday. I'd almost bet good money that 95% or more of those fish were females with eggs ... so it would appear that the 6ft rise at the beginning of the spawn has taken a serious toll on this years crop. I didn't check stomach contents, but most of the fish we caught were relating to schools of Shad suspended over deep water.

I'll let Chucky fill in the blanks.

Thanks Pappy, that's the kind of report I was looking for. Glad it went well and all had a good time.
