I'd spider rig around the island in shallow water (10-15') early, then longline troll out a little deeper, on up in the day. Water temps "might" be high enough to warrant pulling some cranks, but I'd stay on the Lone Valley Campground side of the island to do that ... since there's a lot of KDFWR fish attractor brushpiles on the Emerald Isle side. You also have to realize that there's a lot of Musky/Walleye in that lake ... and they do like cranks![]()
No guarantees, but that's what I'd do if I were fishing that area of the lake.
