I have 6 of the 14' and an assortment of the other sizes. Can't beat the rods. I've wrapped them around the hull of the boat before and not break them. Ed is a stand up guy to deal with as well.

I have had mine for a little over a month and fished every day. They are very good. I have the 14 footers and I spider rig with them. I wouldn't want to jig with them. To heavy. 12 footers might be better. very well built rod and I am very happy with mine.
where can I buy some? is there a web page or some contact info somewhere ?
thanks guys

You guys have no idea how happy I am that folks are starting to look into Ed's rods. I have no connection to his company and pay the same prices as anybody else for his stuff. He has been so gracious to help us by donating some rods over the last few years for our fall KY Lake get-together. Other companies have also donated and I think we should buy from all the companies who help us out. Ed just has a really good product at great prices and is a good guy to deal with. I really want to see him do well in our state/area.
Same here mrdux. I even managed to break some tips on a couple of rods. Break a BnM rod and you're gonna pay considerably more to replace the broke section than what Ed charges.
Thanks for the information, I was about to order a couple of rods. These look good and the slightly stiffer aspect I have read about here is something I typically like. Once question I have is about the first eye, is big like typically seen with a spinning reel? Or is more like a micro eye in progressive sizes all the way up/down?
Thanks!
The 1st eye is more like a casting rod than a spinning rod.
I ordered 4 of the 14' rods last month and shipping was 15 bucks. Had em in 3 days. Can't beat thatm
