Dont rule out Cedar Creek. Its not a bad lake. The size of Crappie was better last year and there are plenty of them. Spider rigging is next to impossible but a jigpole is your friend there. Ill be out there tomorrow.

Boltz lake at dry ridge is a small lake with lots of crappie no size. We fished it last year and kept a double limit of 8" crappie put back 100's of small crappie.
Cant get'em unless your with them....True its been cold, but lenght of day has alot too do with it, full moons clear nights, things to consider, remember fish have an internal clock. Water temp starting at 38degrees and up, helps this urge to do there business.
