Sledd is the closest bay to Paducah/Ky Dam Marina. It gets lots of pressure. If you're look'n to get away from the crowds that ain't gonna be the spot.

There is some decent fish'n there at times but like Kytitelok said... It's a Big Bowl and has NO creek channel left. When the lake is falling they run for the main lake.

Welp, thats what I was needing help with! Where would be a good spot to go without the crowd and a good creek channel?. Barkley has always scared me ever since I was an implant in ky and continually ran aground during winter pool around the duck pond. So that's why I generally avoid Barkley. I've fished sugar bay too just never had much luck, maybe need to invest more time! Thanks guys yall are great!
