Guys, thank you so much for the input here!! Im still leaning twoards KY Lake its 8 hours down to MS and even though we may those may be great lakes, I just love coming down to KY Lake. I just wish I had the chance to come down more!! Really hoping the weather works out for us and I can pull my horse trailer down, stay at Wranglers for the week plus do some crappie fishing! What a Spring Break that would be!! Kids may have fun too!!!!

Yes sir I do have free lodging down there and a guide ready to take us as well. It looks like we may have to especially since I have the whole week off now. Thinking that far South would be hitting them pretty right tool, so Im told from the MS forums. Either way it seems that its a pretty good spot to be in. Was really wanting to drag the horses down to Wranglers for the week and fish some too though
I think I would go to MS. I'm really stressed about this. I'm wondering if we should go to Sardis also but I know nothing about it. I just saw that after this brief warmup it's suppose to be cold again until at least March 21 around here and I think this go pretty far south also.
I think we have decided to go MS. Probly gonna go to KY Lake around Derby time bring the horses stay at Wranglers and do some fishing riding etc. Weather should be much nicer and stable then, maybe get some bluegills or redear
I love Kentucky lake fishing. Some of the best in the world. But if I had free lodging & a guide. I'd be all over that MS trip.
The extended forecast on Accuweather looks like things might be finally starting to stabilize and warm up. I know that change at the drop of the hat, but hopefully we are heading in the right direction.Quote:
