Thinking of staying at a resort in Bear Creek Area in april sometime any thoughts, suggestions on this area? Good place to go? Good timing to go to this area? Thanks for any input/.

Wiskers, this will be liprippersc78's 1st trip to the area. I talked to him the other night and he in not familiar with anywhere down there.
So I will answer this for him and say yes, he is interested in the area around you.
I know there are a bunch of resorts in the area but the only one I ever deal with is Moors where we get bait/gas/ice cream if we run across from LBL.

I had a REAL good year there last Year. Big Bear has had a little color the last few years and the fishing has picked up. Even I can catch a fish in there.

If I was gonna stay in that area I would stay at Big Bear Resort or Moor's.
