    No hole sitting by competitor or noncompetitor boat during the tournament.

    What does this mean?
    Trump is like the guy that comes on the playground and beats up on the guys that's been pushing you around for the last 30 or 40 years.

    Basically it means you cannot sit on a spot and hold it for someone else, or have someone sit on a spot for you.
