Google Moor's Resort`. They are a few miles south of the dam and have pretty much everything you mentioned.
During that time period, you can follow the Barney rig around. (Inside joke that I will probably get blasted for).

A group of guys and myself have been bailing out of Missouri every March and going on a fishing excursion. The past 5 years or so we found a great place on Toledo Bend in Texas and we've been going there. We're thinking about switching gears this year and heading Southeast to Ky Lake.
Does anyone have any suggestions on places to stay? We don't need the nicest most expensive place in the area. In fact, we typically fish all day long so what we need is good location to the good fishing holes, a good ramp, good fish cleaning station, place to charge batteries on boats. Oh I suppose a clean place with decent beds and kitchenette type deal with a fridge for some food would be good too. hehe
A place near a restaurant would be handy if possible. We will grill a couple of nights, but if the fish are biting, we struggle to get off the water until the limits are caught, so we may need a place to get quick meal in. And most importantly at a certain time of evening we won't need to be driving anywhere, so a place to eat between the boat ramp to the room would be a bonus.

Thanks. I actually did read a little about Moor's. One suggestion I heard was to fish around the Big Sandy area which appears to be quite a ways south of the dam. So for March fishing is there one end of the lake that's going to be better action than the other? I'm also guessing that March may be pretty busy so gotta ask, is there going to be one end that will be more peaceful? hehe
The Big Sandy end of the lake will be a week or more ahead of the north end as far as water temps and crappie movement. Neither end will be peaceful from Feb till Nov.
Can't help you with accommodations down that way. You might check the TN Forum.

Thanks for the information mrdux. We'll see what we can figure out. We know nothing about the lake so who knows where we'll end up. hehe. I'll keep Moors in mind and see what we can come up with. I appreciate the help.

I've stayed at Fin N Feather and they were nice folks. They had a fish cleaning station and a chest freezer to freeze your catch, and had plug ins for battery chargers. They are close to Jonathan Creek boat ramp and restaurants.
Everything is possible. The impossible just takes longer!
