    Just got back from two weeks of pure heaven in the fish catchin' department! Northern Minnesota! Caught everything and my kids were lovin it for sure! Hope you enjoy the pics!

    If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.:rolleyes:

    I would love to do that one day. Catching crappie is fun, but the variety you can catch there is awesome. Great job and great eating.

    Looks like a good time with the kids. Would appreciate any info on where and how to make the trip.
    Lodging , time of year, lake, etc. Some day I hope to make a trip like that.

    Itasca county. It doesn't matter what lake. No joke. It's awesome!

    Great pics Daren. Been catching a few here. Glad you had a great trip with your family. Those kids will never forget those trips. Dad loves his kids and it shows by what you do with them!!

    Last year my sons and I went to Canada, it was the trip i'd waited for my whole life. We went to Bear Lake Wilderness Camp, and found the camp host and the guide to be regular folks. Did yall stay at a campground? If so throw us a link. This is where we went,

    Nope. My family has a cabin that we bought many years ago. We can't wait to get up there every year. The cabins ain't much but they're a lot of fun. Here's a pic or two.
